Default Knee Extensors

Yes, thats what I meant to. I'm trying to envision athletically the value of knee extensor training. Running backwards and stopping with straight running? Or even creating momentum with the back leg moving forward during sprinting gait.

Are you sprinting or squatting? If for powerlifts, they are good.
